Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan).
Have an active registration certificate (STR).
At least 1–2 years of experience at an Emergency / Critical Unit.
Have an active BTCLS (Basic Trauma Cardiac Life Support) certificate.
Fluent in English (both oral and written).
Willing to work with shift system.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with professional standards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and hospital policies.
Perform nursing assessments and interventions within the scope of professional competence and authority.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care.
Apply the principles of Patient Safety standards, Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) protocols, and Patient Safety Goals in every service provided.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, accreditation, and professional competency development activities organized by the hospital.
Be willing to be assigned to any service unit based on the hospital’s operational needs.
