Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business Administration

  • At least 1 year of working experience in HORECA/ Food Services/ F&B Supply industry as Sales Admin

  • Computer literate (Ms. Excel especially using Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP) and familiarity with Zendesk

  • Good command in English both oral and written

  • Fast learning and able to multi-task

  • Applicants must be willing to work at Thamrin, Jakarta Pusat


Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with existing customers to take and process orders into the system

  • Make daily and weekly reports

  • Make a delivery schedule to the customer to be submitted to the logistics division

  • Support the sales team to process customer orders

  • Filing customer documents (customer legality), sales contracts, PO and SPS

  • repare Foreign Exchange (FX) Deal Reports.

  • Prepare audit documentation for both internal and external audits.

  • Receive and respond to customer complaints through Zendesk.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual customer complaint reports.
