JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Develop department strategy based on department goal setting and KPI.
2. Cascade department goal setting and KPI down to shopfloor level.
3. Ensure production process meets Quality policy.
4. Ensure compliance for material and waste handling.
5. Give feedback related to production capacity.
6. Control and monitor budgeting plan for the fiscal year for production, also managing and improving the following year's results.
7. Ensure strategy development for two-phase mass production commissioning and zero customer complaints.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent experience if below Bachelor's degree.
2. More than 5 years of experience in production management in large and medium-sized companies. experience in Chemical company or extraction process company are prefered
3. Understanding of end-to-end production processes, equipment operation, and efficiency optimization
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
