Job Description
Welcome and assist guests, visitors, and company clients professionally.
Handle front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out and visitor registration.
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
Coordinate meeting room reservations and guest arrangements.
Maintain front office cleanliness and professional.
Assist in administrative and reporting tasks related to front desk operations.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
Handle guest complaints and provide proper assistance when needed.
Support hotel or company events when required.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Administration, Public Relations, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as Receptionist, Front Office, or Guest Relation Officer.
Fluent in English; Mandarin will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Well-groomed, polite, and service-oriented personality.
Able to operate Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.
