About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile HR Generalist. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in supporting the human resources function across our organization. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of HR activities, from recruitment and employee relations to training and development, compliance, and payroll administration. This role is integral to ensuring that our people strategy aligns with our business objectives and that we maintain a positive, compliant, and engaged workforce.
Key responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
Administer employee relations activities, including handling employee inquiries, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and Indonesian labor law
Develop, implement, and oversee employee training and development program to support professional growth and skill enhancement
Ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations, labor laws, and company policies across all HR functions
Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR information systems to ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Coordinate payroll administration, benefits management, and statutory obligations such as tax and social security contributions
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and provide HR guidance to both staff and management
Monitor and report on HR metrics and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a generalist HR role or similar HR function
Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational and attention to detail, particularly with documentation and record-keeping
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and confidentiality
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and training and development is highly desirable
