Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate (K-12), Old Curriculum High School Graduate, or ALS Graduate
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must not be an undergrad high school student.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work onsite
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls for telecommunications account.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
