IT Support
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage master data, including vendor and material data.
Ensure smooth business operations by supporting SAP, web, and mobile applications, including data entry, data extraction, and system support.
Provide end-user support for hardware (PC/Laptop), servers, networks, and IT infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with the IT COE Data Team to support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting using Excel and Power BI.
Work closely with business users and cross-functional IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and implement process improvements.
Support IT infrastructure maintenance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide on-call support for urgent infrastructure and operational issues when required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, or System Administration.
Strong knowledge of:
Windows/Linux Server Administration
Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
VMware or other virtualization technologies
Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL (DDL & DML)
Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate)
SAP ERP
API and system integration concepts
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, proactive, and service-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Willing to provide on-call support for critical infrastructure issues.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
