Qualifications:
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PRN) license. An active US Registered
Nurse (USRN) license is highly preferred.
- Leadership Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory or team lead experience
within a healthcare BPO, or clinical call center environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of US-licensed Clinical Nurses through 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback.
- Monitor and improve KPIs, including schedule adherence, AHT, QA scores, and MTM completion rates.
- Manage leadership escalations for complex patient cases, technical issues, and workflow challenges.
- Support nurses transitioning from bedside care to US telehealth, building confidence in telephonic patient care.
- Partner with Operations and SMEs to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, data privacy regulations, and MTM clinical guidelines.
