Job Description:

  1. Maintain and Improve Customer Retention Rate
    Mengelola hubungan dengan pelanggan existing untuk meningkatkan tingkat retensi dan mengurangi churn melalui komunikasi yang proaktif dan berkelanjutan.

  2. Handle Customer Issues and Prevent Churn
    Menangani keluhan, kendala, atau keberatan pelanggan secara efektif serta memberikan solusi yang tepat guna mencegah pelanggan berhenti menggunakan produk atau layanan.

  3. Analyze Customer Behavior and Feedback
    Menganalisis data perilaku pelanggan, feedback, dan laporan persentase menurunnya active rate untuk mengidentifikasi risiko serta menyusun strategi retensi yang berbasis data.

  4. Execute Retention Programs and Campaigns
    Menjalankan program loyalitas, follow-up pelanggan, dan kampanye retensi (promo, upselling, cross-selling) sesuai dengan segmentasi pelanggan.

  5. Collaborate with Internal Teams
    Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal (Customer Service, Sales, Product, Marketing) untuk meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan dan memastikan kebutuhan pelanggan terpenuhi secara optimal.


    Requirements:

  6. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
    Mampu berkomunikasi secara efektif, persuasif, dan empatik untuk membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan serta menangani keluhan dan keberatan pelanggan.

  7. Customer-Oriented Mindset
    Memiliki fokus kuat pada kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan, dengan kemampuan memahami kebutuhan pelanggan serta memberikan solusi yang tepat untuk mencegah churn.

  8. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
    Mampu menganalisis data pelanggan, feedback, dan indikator churn untuk mengidentifikasi risiko serta merancang strategi retensi yang efektif.

  9. Experience in Customer Service / Retention / Account Management
    Memiliki pengalaman relevan dalam peran customer-facing, khususnya di bidang customer retention, customer service, atau account management.

  10. Familiarity with CRM Tools & Performance Metrics
    Terbiasa menggunakan tools CRM (mis. Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk) serta memahami KPI seperti retention rate, churn rate, dan customer lifetime value (CLV).
