DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN:

  • Mengatur dan mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan instalasi mekanikal, elektrikal, dan plumbing di lapangan. sekaligus untuk pekerjaan maintanance lainnya

  • Memastikan pelaksanaan pekerjaan sesuai shop drawing & standar teknis.

  • Memeriksa kualitas pekerjaan dan memastikan kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi.

  • Mengawasi penggunaan material & peralatan MEP agar efisien. 

  • Menegakkan aturan K3 bagi seluruh pekerja di area kerja. 

  • Membuat laporan harian/mingguan progres pekerjaan MEP. 

  • Berkoordinasi dengan Engineer, QC, dan pihak BM terkait kendala lapangan. 

  • Memberikan instruksi kerja kepada mandor dan pekerja MEP.

KUALIFIKASI: 

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Elektro

  • Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Supervisor MEP di proyek konstruksi.

  • Menguasai gambar kerja & sistem instalasi MEP (HVAC, listrik, plumbing, fire fighting). 

  • Memahami standar mutu & keselamatan kerja (K3).

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership, koordinasi, dan komunikasi yang baik.
