Description
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on construction sites.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety practices and emergency procedures.
- Report and investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses to minimize future risks.
- Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to promote a safety-first culture.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years
- Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, certifications such as SO2
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to identify hazards and risks on site
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical settings
