Level Up Talent Solutions is excited to expand into the ESL industry! We are looking for passionate and engaging Onsite Part-Time ESL Tutors to join our team. If you have excellent English communication skills and enjoy helping students improve their language proficiency, we'd love to hear from you! 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging and interactive English lessons for students from various cultural backgrounds.
• Assess students' English proficiency and tailor lessons according to their learning needs.
• Create a positive, encouraging, and student-centered learning environment.
• Utilize digital teaching tools and online learning platforms effectively.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and lesson records.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and professional development programs.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold high standards of teaching quality and professionalism.

Requirements:

• English Major or Communication graduate preferred, but not required
• Fluent to advanced English communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience in ESL, with - Chinese students and learners from diverse backgrounds such as Koreans, Japanese, Taiwanese, etc.
• Proficiency with digital tools and online teaching platforms
• Reliable, honest, engaging, and possesses a positive personality
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park, Cebu City (Must be reliably able to commute or willing to relocate before starting work)
