Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for building client relationships and leading high-performing teams? Our client in the events industry is looking for a Sales Manager who is eager to drive business growth and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Oversee multiple client accounts and projects
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory sales role
- Strong background in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
- Experience in the events industry is an advantage
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Willing to attend client meetings, site visits, and events as needed
