Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution: Lead local adaptation and implementation of global VM initiatives for new product launches and seasonal campaigns.
Artistic Installations: Curate window displays and in-store "moments" that drive intrigue, often involving artistic installations.
Sensory Experience: Ensure the brand image atmosphere is maintained, focusing on lighting, materiality, and the signature product display.
Store Openings: Coordinate VM logistics for new signature stores and counters, ensuring they respect local neighborhood culture and architectural heritage.
Technical Execution: Develop or review 2D/3D technical drawings (renders) for retail displays using tools like SketchUp or Adobe Creative Suite.
Maintenance: Oversee the lifecycle of existing counters and boutiques
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Experience: 5-8+ years in Visual Merchandising, Display Artist, or Retail Design, preferably in luxury beauty, fashion, or premium retail brands
Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, store design, and brand storytelling
Strong project management and coordination skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
