METLAND SEVA SEMINYAK is urgently looking for a Bell Driver (Daily Worker).
Job Description:
Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage handling in a professional and courteous manner.
Accompany guests to their rooms while introducing hotel facilities, services, and room features.
Respond promptly to guest requests and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure excellent guest satisfaction.
Operate hotel vehicles safely and responsibly when required, in accordance with traffic regulations and hotel SOPs.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the luggage storage area, hotel entrance, and hotel vehicles.
Requirements:
Minimum high school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Possess a valid Indonesian SIM A and be confident in driving manual transmission vehicles.
Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry is an advantage.
Friendly, well-groomed, service-oriented, and possess good communication skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling guests' luggage safely.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
