Job Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs in school settings
- Assist in implementing individualized learning plans (IEP)
- Support students in academic, behavioral, and social development
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents
- Monitor and report student progress regularly
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with Cambridge/IGCSE Curriculum is a must.
- Passionate about working with children with special needs
- Patient, empathetic, and responsible
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience as a Shadow Teacher or in special needs education is a plus
