JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Surveying Works
1. Perform layout of gridlines and elevation references for structural and architectural works.
2. Set out columns, elevator core, slab depression, STP for RC walls, and ramp elevations for non-skid tile installation.
3. Conduct as-built surveys of existing and poured structures for layout references.
4. Verify and coordinate conflicting plans prior to layout implementation.
5. Establish primary horizontal and vertical control points, including reference ties for field re-establishments.
6. Checking of plumbness along the building perimeter.
B. Monitoring and Supervision
1. Monitoring and supervise structural works.
2. Monitoring and supervise architectural works including CHB installation, painting, finishing, plastering.
C. Estimates
1. Prepare estimates for concrete and backfill volume.
2. Prepare estimates for granite countertop, insulated panels, roofing, densified concrete, and other related works.
D. Testing Supervision and Coordination
1. Supervise testing for comprehensive strength of concrete samples.
2. Supervise tensile and bending tests of steel reinforcement samples.
3. Conduct slump test of concrete delivery prior to pouring.
E. Shop Drawings
1. Update architectural drawing based on approved revisions.
2. Perform column offsetting for slabs, perimeter, and columns.
3. Prepare CAD drawings for coordinates.
4. Prepare shop drawings for proper plan orientation.
F. Communications
1. Coordinate with RMC suppliers regarding concrete pouring schedules.
2. Coordinate with neighboring properties regarding concerns related to damages during bored piling and excavation works.
3. Coordinate with management regarding pending documents for approval and comments.
G. Reporting and Document Organization
1. Prepare Contractor’s Daily Activity Reports.
2. Request and coordinate Jobsite Material Requisition
3. Prepare Work Request, Work Request Inspections, and Concrete Pouring Inspection documents.
4. Report discrepancies or technical problems to the Project Engineer.
5. Sign relocation survey lot plans and other related documents.
