Job Description
- Oversee daily store operations including sales, service, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze store performance, taking corrective action when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance appraisals.
- Control store-level costs and optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Execute marketing programs and promotional activities in-store.
- Ensure stock accuracy, inventory turnover, and proper product display.
- Collaborate with Area Manager and support departments for store needs and initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the F&B or retail industry.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage store-level operations effectively.
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.
- Able to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems.
- Willing to work on weekends, holidays, or in shifts based on business needs.
