Responsible for managing and optimizing delivery logistics, ensuring accuracy of logistics documentation, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian regulations.
Responsibilities:
Compile carrier and route assignment
Prepare Shipping Instructions accurately
Track shipments and provide timely updates
Check Harmonized System (HS) Codes if restricted or free
Reporting all logistics activities to Logistics Manager
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in logistics or relevant field
Minimum 1 year' experience in relevant position (document filling) from logistics or forwarder company (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Have knowledge in Indonesian logistics regulations, documentation, and Harmonized System Codes
Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Attention to detail and good communication skill
