Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Health Law, Healthcare Management, Hospital Quality Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hospital licensing, quality management, or healthcare administration.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and able to prepare reports.
- Familiar with OSS RBA, hospital operational licensing, and BPJS Kesehatan processes.
- Experience in handling quality documents and K3RS.
- Experienced in setting up and managing hemodialysis units.
- Good understanding of healthcare regulations and able to coordinate with government institutions and related stakeholders.
Job Descriptions:
- Handle the development and licensing of newly developed hospital services, particularly those related to hemodialysis.
- Prepare and manage OSS, BPJS Credentialing, and operational licensing documentation.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties during the licensing and verification procedures.
- Monitor the project schedule and make sure all permits are acquired on time.
- Assist with the entire end-to-end licensing and credentialing procedure until it is finished.
