We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to join our school team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of the school's front office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcome and assist students, parents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.

  2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly.

  3. Manage the reception area and ensure it remains tidy, organized, and presentable.

  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.

  5. Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.

  6. Assist with student attendance records, visitor registration, and appointment scheduling.

  7. Coordinate with teachers and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication.

  8. Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about school policies and services.

  9. Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.

  10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the school management.


Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.

  2. Previous experience as a receptionist, front office administrator, customer service representative, or in a similar role is preferred.

  3. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using digital office systems.

  6. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  8. Positive attitude and high level of integrity.

  9. Currently domiciled in Bali are preferred.

  10. Able to join as soon as possible.
