Remote Receptionist (Graphic Design Company)

Position: Remote Receptionist
Location: South Africa (Remote)

Working Hours

Eastern Standard Time (EST):

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST

South Africa Standard Time (SAST):

  • Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Midnight)
  • Friday: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role

Our client, a growing graphic design company, is seeking a professional and friendly Remote Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Direct calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Respond to general client inquiries.
  • Manage email correspondence and route inquiries as needed.
