About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you'll partner closely with senior recruiters to keep the hiring engine running smoothly. From sourcing top candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screens, you'll play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience and helping the team hit its hiring goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team.
Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process.
Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline sourcing, screening, and recruiting workflows.
What We're Looking For:
2-3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO); candidates with strong energy, presence on camera, and fast learning ability will also be considered with 2+ years of experience.
Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels, especially LinkedIn.
Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools, with strong on-camera presence and communication energy.
Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to support recruiting workflows.
Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting a TA team in a contract or RPO capacity.
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.
Background in recruiting for tech-enabled or legal/professional services companies.
