Job Description
- Ensuring compliance with company and government regulations related to labor.
- Recruiting and sourcing qualified job applicants.
- Processing monthly payroll and tax deductions.
- Handling contract and ensuring contracts comply with local labor laws.
- Assisting employee empowerment program.
- Assisting multimedia creation.
- Assisting SOP creation.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, rules & regulations
- At least 1 year related working experience is preferred
- Ability to multitask and to work as part of a team
- Computer literate Ms. Word and Excel
- Proficient in verbal and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
