Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, and Proshop dealers.
• Promote Daikin products and provide professional air conditioning solutions based on customer requirements.
• Conduct product presentations, technical consultations, and support product specification activities for projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and successful project execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer data.
• Strengthen the Daikin Proshop network and enhance brand presence within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in sales or the building material/HVAC industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or design software is an advantage.
• Willing to travel for business purposes.
• Placement: Bandung or Surabaya.
