Position: RECEPTIONIST

Qualifications :
Minimum education: High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
Strong communication skills.
Friendly, polite, and service-oriented.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Good administrative skills.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Placement in Fatmawati's office.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Welcome and assist company guests and visitors.
Receive and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist with office administration and documentation tasks.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
