Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will ensure inventory accuracy, efficient inbound and outbound processes, timely deliveries, and compliance with company SOPs. You will also lead warehouse improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Ensure all inbound and outbound processes comply with company SOPs and operational standards.
Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock opname and cycle count activities.
Analyze inventory movement and maintain optimal stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
Develop and implement effective warehouse storage methods, including FIFO/FEFO practices.
Coordinate order fulfillment and distribution activities to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries and minimize damaged shipments.
Monitor warehouse systems, operational tools, and documentation to support operational efficiency.
Identify operational issues, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare operational and inventory reports to support business decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, or Supply Chain operations, including supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Experience with stock opname, cycle count, inventory control, and warehouse optimization.
Familiar with FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, disciplined, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
