Work Description:
- Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Baseline the schedule and control changes through a formal change management process.
- Track progress via weekly/monthly updates, S-curves, and earned value metrics (EV, PV, AC, SPI, CPI).
- Identify critical path and near-critical activities; flag schedule slippage risk to the Project Manager before it materializes.
- Perform schedule risk analysis for major milestones and capital decision gates.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning leads to keep schedule inputs accurate and current.
- Prepare schedule narratives, look-ahead reports, and progress dashboards for management and steering committee reporting.
- Integrate and audit contractor schedules into the master schedule for logic errors and unrealistic durations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7–10 years' experience in project scheduling, with at least 4–5 years in mining or large-scale industrial/EPC capital projects.
- Gold or base-metals processing plant experience strongly preferred.
- Proven experience scheduling a brownfield or greenfield project of significant capital value (US$100M+ preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and Microsoft Project.
- Working knowledge of earned value management (EVM) and schedule risk analysis tools.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining site logistics, permitting timelines, and local contractor environments.
- Willing to be based at site with travel/rotation as required.
