Roles & Responsibilities
The company is redeveloping their entire suite of web products into a new unified infrastructure, replacing a collection of independently developed apps with a variety of implementations and technical debt.
- Help rebuild Infometrics products in ReactJS
- Designing, building and testing applications in ReactJS
- Front-end developers with experience in Python and the Django framework as well, so they can contribute to both the backend and the front end
- Experience working in small teams and being an individual contributor
- Proactive in taking initiative - to think more broadly about how the particular task fits in with the rest of the codebase, and to challenge or clarify where the specifications are ambiguous.
This Role Requires:
- 5+ Years of experience
- CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript, ReactJS
- Collaborative development with git
- Highly developed written communication skills to communicate internally and write technical documentation
- Good understanding of effective data visualization principles
- Python and Django
- SQL and database management
- Familiarity with cloud computing, Linux, docker
