PH/US Registered Nurse with active license valid within 6 mos upon application
1 year bedside/hospital or clinical experience as Staff Nurse (not obtained through training or Internship)
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment
Must reside within MM (25 kms from the site)
Must be wah ready - wired internet connection 50 mbps
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) License
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent nursing degree
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PRC) license is an advantage but not required
- At least 1 year of clinical, hospital, utilization management, case management, or BPO healthcare experience is preferred
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Basic computer navigation and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Amenable to work onsite, hybrid, or work-from-home (depending on business requirements)
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and assess medical records and healthcare cases based on clinical guidelines
- Provide telephonic or virtual clinical support to patients, providers, and health plan members
- Perform utilization review, case management, or prior authorization processes as required
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate patient care and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation while complying with HIPAA and company policies
- Deliver high-quality clinical support while meeting productivity and quality standards

Upon hire:
50K basic pay + 10K account prem + 1K flex fund allow
