Job Description:
responsible for supporting daily business operations by processing customer requests, maintaining accurate records, reviewing documentation, and ensuring transactions are completed efficiently. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet productivity and quality standards while following company policies and data privacy requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review customer requests, applications, and account-related transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify documents and information to ensure completeness and compliance with company guidelines.
- Update and maintain customer records in internal systems.
- Perform data entry and transaction processing with a high level of accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve back-office issues by coordinating with internal departments.
- Monitor work queues and complete assigned tasks within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive customer and company information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and data security requirements.
- Identify process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve productivity and quality goals.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics, including accuracy, productivity, and turnaround time.
Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned.
