  • Mengkoordinasikan kebutuhan produksi (tenaga kerja, bahan baku, peralatan, barang jadi, dll.)

  • Menganalisis kapasitas mesin produksi dan tingkat produktivitas

  • Mengontrol tingkat NG untuk memaksimalkan hasil produksi

  • Menyiapkan laporan produksi

  • Meningkatkan waktu siklus produksi, down time dll

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal S1 yang Relevan

  • Memiliki setidaknya 3 tahun pengalaman di industri makanan

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang produksi liquid (saos, bumbu masakan dsb)

  • Memiliki rasa kepemimpinan yang baik

  • Keakraban dengan FSSC, BRCGS, ISO 22000, dan HACCP akan menjadi keuntungan

  • Memiliki kepekaan yang kuat dalam komunikasi, kolaborasi, dan keterampilan interpersonal
