Kualifikasi

  1. Pendidikan Min. D3/S1 jurusan lebih IT/Psikolog/Management/Teknik

  2. Pengalaman Min. 3 tahun sebagai SPV GA di site

  3. Paham dan menguasai administrasi excel, facility service, procurement GA, perijinan dan general service

  4. Memiliki kompetensi asset management sistem dan leadership

Jobdes:

1. Memonitoring pekerja tenaga harian (pengajuan permintaan tenaga harian progres pekerjaan tenaga harian, Absensi dan proses pembayaran upah tenaga hanian.

2. Proses pengajuan permintaan kebutuhan service/pembelian barang (asset/non asset) dari user.

3. Proses Pemenuhan kebutuhan karyawan di mess (Ketersediaan air bersih, menyiapkan kamar, kasur,sprey,selimut, sarung bantal dil).

4.Memonitoring dan memastikan pekerjaan kebersihan area kantor, kant?n dan mess.

5. Menyusun dan Pengontrolan budget kantin dan budget BBM Kendaraan operasional.

6. Pengaturan Jadwal tugas driver (pencucian mobil, pengantaran makanan, pengantaran karyawan, dan pengantaran tamu).

7. Pengecekan, Pencatatan dan perawatan asset (kantor, Mess, Fumiture dan Kendaraan Operasional.
