Qualifications:

At least 2nd year Undergraduate (completed) with at least 6 months of work experience in a customer service set up.
College Graduate with or without work experience.
Excellent English communication skills
At least Healthcare, customer service, or BPO experience
Background in nursing, allied health, pharmacy, or other healthcare-related fields is a plus
Basic computer navigation and typing skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
Amenable to work onsite

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, benefits, appointments, or clinical support
Assist members, patients, and healthcare providers with account-related concerns
Provide accurate information while following healthcare regulations and company policies
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Escalate complex or clinical concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary
