Role Purpose
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring of qualified talent, maintain employee data accuracy in SAP/HRIS, and ensure proper control and documentation of HR records.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Proficient in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or other HRIS platforms.
Experience in document control and personnel administration.
Good understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and data confidentiality awareness.
Able to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Maintain accurate recruitment and employee data in SAP/HRIS.
Generate recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and workforce data as required.
Ensure proper filing, tracking, and control of recruitment and employee documents.
Support HR audits by maintaining complete and compliant documentation.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Provide necessary reports (weekly, monthly)
