We are currently looking for a communicative, target-driven, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Representative and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales prospects and customer data using the CRM system and conduct regular follow-ups.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through online and offline communication.

  • Conduct customer visits, present products, identify customer needs, recommend suitable equipment solutions, prepare quotations, negotiate, and close sales.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the overall performance of the sales team.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes, product deliveries, and after-sales support.

  • Complete assigned tasks, prepare reports, and perform other duties as assigned by the Management team.

Job Qualification:

  • Fluent in spoken and written English is mandatory.

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience is preferred, preferably in the heavy equipment, construction machinery, or industrial equipment industry.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Business, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn.

  • Willing to travel for customer visits and business meetings.
