About the role
Sikara Lombok Hotel is seeking a skilled and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our hospitality team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a vibrant luxury hotel environment, delivering exceptional wellness services to our valued guests. Based in Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat, you will be at the heart of our spa operations, providing outstanding therapeutic treatments that enhance our guests' overall experience. Key responsibilities
Deliver a comprehensive range of spa treatments, including massage therapy, body treatments, facials and other wellness services in accordance with Sikara Lombok Hotel standards
Provide personalised consultation with guests to understand their wellness needs, preferences and any health considerations before commencing treatments
Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, cleanliness and professionalism in the spa environment at all times
Ensure all spa equipment, facilities and treatment areas are properly maintained and restocked
Create a calm, welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests during their spa visits
Adhere to all health and safety protocols and industry best practices
Communicate effectively with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout treatments
Collaborate with other spa team members and hotel staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain detailed records of treatments provided and guest preferences
Contribute to the achievement of spa service targets and guest satisfaction goals
What we're looking for
Valid certification or diploma in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy or related wellness discipline
Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist in a professional hotel or luxury spa environment
Strong technical knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments and facial procedures
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to make guests feel valued and comfortable
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments effectively throughout the working day
Meticulous attention to hygiene, sanitation and safety standards
Professional demeanour and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to spa and wellness services
Preferred: Knowledge of traditional Indonesian spa treatments and wellness therapies
