Chef de Partie – Western / Japanese
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in Western or Japanese cuisine.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food presentation.
Able to manage a kitchen section independently and work efficiently under pressure.
Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.
Able to maintain consistent food quality and control food costs.
Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Based in Bali or willing to relocate and able to join immediately.
