Qualifications
- Active USRN Mainland License.
- Active PRC License.
- Active CPC or CPMA Certification.
- 2–3 years of medical coding experience.
- Strong knowledge of ICD, CPT, and HCPCS Medical Coding Systems.
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- ID Review
- Surgical Coding
- Medical Administration
- Medical Auditing
- Denials Management
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
- Amenable to a Work From Home setup.
- Not eligible if you are a former or current EXL employee.
Salary & Benefits
- Basic Pay: ?50,000
- Complexity Allowance: ?6,500
- Coding Allowance: ?20,000
- Standard Allowance: ?2,675
