The Role
A long-term, ongoing contract (retainer basis), a stable, recurring work, not project-by-project freelance. You'll write a minimum of 5 scripts/week (20/month) of long-format, English-language YouTube content across our channels.
Each channel has its own voice, so you'll need to be agile across styles - adaptability is the job.
What you'll do
Research and write accurate, well-structured long-format scripts (8–30 minutes)
Source clips and reference material for each script
Adapt your tone to fit different channels
Iterate based on team feedback
Requirements
Native or near-native English. This is non-negotiable
Proven experience writing for long-format, English-speaking YouTube channels (apply only if you have this)
Strong research skills and factual accuracy
Reliable, self-managing, consistent weekly output
