1.      Menguasai star delta wiring & control

2.      Mampu trouble shooting electrical problem

3.      Menguasai sistem pneumatic & hydraulic

4.      Nilai plus memahami trouble shooting komputer (khususnya CNC mesin shoe last)

5.      Menguasai sistem kontrol automation (HMI, PLC, VFD)

6.      Memahami cara pengoperasian & perawatan pompa air

7.      Trouble shooting hydraulic & pneumatic system

8.      Memahami electrical diagram

9.      Mampu melaksanakan preventive maintenance secara individu / kelompok

10.  Mampu memahami critical part untuk spare

11.  Memahami cara pengoperasian sistem control untuk kaizen

12.  Memahami sistem LOTO

13.  Menguasai sistem plumbing

14.  Memahami dan bisa implementasi total productive maintenance.

KPI

1.      Mengatasi secara cepat & tepat < 1 jam

2.      Memahami cara penggunaan alat ukur ohm, volt & arus

3.      Secara eferktif & efesien maksimal 5 jam kerja / mesin.

4.      Maintain stock part spare breakdown < 2%

5.      Minimal 1 kaizen / bulan

6.      Zero accident

7.      Tidak ada shortage / losses

8.      Supply utility (air, listrik, angin)
