The Engineering Manager supervises a team of engineers to ensure the Mills workforce and work performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the engineering department on Mills.
Provide technical guidance and review designs, processes, and solutions.
Preparing the annual budget and reporting performance.
Prepare and deliver periodic engineering performance reports.
Ensure all engineering activity complies with safety regulations.
Qualifications:.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of engineering experience; background in a sugarcane mill is a plus.
Ability to operate a computer and basic software (MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD).
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience in the agriculture industry is an advantage
