About the role
We are seeking a talented Full-Stack AI Developer to join our growing technology team in Kalideres, Jakarta on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and web development, where you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance our textile operations and customer experiences. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable applications that integrate machine learning models with modern web technologies, contributing directly to the company's digital transformation objectives.
Key responsibilities
Design and develop full-stack web applications with integrated AI and machine learning capabilities
Build and optimise backend systems using appropriate programming languages and frameworks to support AI model deployment
Create responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces that effectively present AI-driven insights and predictions
Develop, train, and fine-tune machine learning models using industry-standard libraries and frameworks
Implement data pipelines and ETL processes to prepare and manage data for AI applications
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality
Conduct code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain high code quality and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance across all stack layers
Document code, system architecture, and technical specifications for team knowledge and maintenance
Stay current with emerging technologies and AI trends, bringing innovative solutions to project challenges
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a minimum of 1 years in professional development roles
Strong proficiency in at least one backend programming language such as Python, Java, Node.js, or C#
Solid understanding of frontend technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular
Demonstrated experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
Experience with databases (both relational and NoSQL) and data management techniques
Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaborativel
Preferred: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
