Summary:

The purpose of this job is to support corporate and site operations through cost monitoring, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance reporting across all business units within the Group. The role also serves as the point for coordinating insurance administration by monitoring policy documentation, claim progress, and communication with brokers, insurers, adjusters, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely coverage placement / renewal, claim settlement and compliance with insurance requirements. This position works closely with site finance, operations, project teams, and corporate departments to deliver accurate financial information, strengthen cost control, maintain insurance records, and support management in achieving operational and financial objectives through effective reporting, analysis, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain effective communication with Corporate, Site Finance, Operations, Projects, Brokers, Insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Manager within the scope of the position.
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and auditable documentation for financial analysis and insurance administration.
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, applicable regulations, and internal control requirements.
    Maintain confidentiality of financial, operational, and insurance-related information.

??Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other related disciplines. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (4.00 scale).
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Cost Control, Cost Analysis, FP&A, Financial Planning or related field. Insurance Administration exposure is a plus point.
  • Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or heavy industries is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis, strategic cost control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Proven ability to prepare accurate financial reports and conduct detailed variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, including SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto, or equivalent platforms.
  • Professional working proficiency in the English language (both written and verbal).?
  • Prior experience managing insurance administration and coordinating claims.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI or comparable data visualization and reporting.
