The Operation Division Head (Logistics) is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end logistics operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and reliable distribution of goods. This role oversees transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and delivery execution while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Qualification :
Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major
Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Senior Manager/Division Head level)
Proven experience in leading end-to-end logistics operations, including warehouse management, transport management (priority), fleet management, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Strong track record in managing large-scale operations with multiple warehouses, distribution centers, or multi-site logistics networks
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Excellent leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing organizational capabilities, and driving change across operations
Fluent in English
