Job Description:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery or electrical systems in accordance with company standards and identify potential problems.
- Diagnose and repair damage related to machinery or other electrical systems quickly and efficiently.
- Prepare detailed maintenance reports, including documentation of work performed, parts replaced, and equipment condition.
- Supervise, organize, and coordinate the work of vendors or third-party contractors in the maintenance area.
- Assist in implementing safety procedures and complying with OHS standards in the maintenance area.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to plan maintenance schedules without disrupting production processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma (D3) or bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Electrical K3 certification
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a maintenance staff member/maintenance lead.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems/electrical motors/control panels/PLCs.
- Understanding of the use of industry-standard maintenance tools and equipment.
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for technical report generation.
- Relevant certifications or licenses, such as PUIL (General Requirements for Electrical Installations) or K3 Listrik, are a major plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Disciplined, responsible, and highly aware of occupational safety.
