About the Role
SLG is looking for a motivated and results-driven New Business Development professional to join our team in Jakarta.This role will focus on developing new business opportunities in Indonesia for lithium bromide absorption chillers, supporting systems, energy-saving projects, and related industrial equipment solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for market development, customer relationship building, lead generation, and sales growth in the Indonesian market.
Key Responsibilities
1?Identify and develop new business opportunities, customers, and market segments in Indonesia.
2?Promote SLG’s lithium bromide absorption chillers, supporting systems, energy-saving solutions, and related products.
3?Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
4?Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial offers based on customer needs.
5?Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy.
6?Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
7?Work closely with internal sales, technical, marketing, and management teams.
8?Track sales pipeline, business opportunities, forecasts, and market information.
9?Attend local exhibitions, industry events, and networking activities to generate leads and enhance SLG’s brand awareness.
Job Requirements
1?Experience in business development, sales, or project coordination, preferably in a B2B environment.
2?Experience or interest in HVAC, refrigeration, industrial equipment, boilers, energy-saving solutions, chemical, food, sugar, alcohol, or manufacturing industries is preferred.
3?Familiarity with the Indonesian industrial market, local customer resources, or sales channels is an advantage.
4?Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5?Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
6?Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
7?Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
8?Basic engineering knowledge or ability to quickly understand technical products is preferred.
9?Fluent in English and Indonesian.
