Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily finance and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank Reconciliation, and Fixed Assets.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end financial closing.
Prepare financial reports and support budgeting and financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Monitor cash flow and support process improvement initiatives.
Lead, coach, and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and internal controls.
Proficient in ERP systems (SAP is preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
