Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all finance and accounting operations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor company budgets and financial forecasts.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks.
Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.
Develop and improve internal control systems and financial procedures.
Supervise and develop the Finance & Accounting team.
Support management in strategic business decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cash Flow Management, Taxation, and Internal Control.
Familiar with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) and tax regulations.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting Software (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
Strong communication skills
Experience working in the IT, Technology, System Integration, or Project-based industry is preferred.
