Education
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Marine, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
Experience
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in vessel operations, logistics, or maritime industry.
Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory or managerial role handling client-facing operations.
Proven experience in handling direct communication with clients or external stakeholders.
Experience in managing project-based operations with cost and timeline control.
